act! Is a cooperative certification program between the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and the University of Wisconsin Colleges in northeastern Wisconsin. Successful candidates are licensed by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction through the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh College of Education and Human Services.
