Please contact the Student Affairs Office for an initial packet of information if you need special accessibility services or have accessibility services questions.
Students must provide documentation stating the nature of the accessibility need and eligibility for services before receiving accommodations. Most often documentation will be obtained from a qualified professional such as a physician, psychologist, or psychiatrist.
After the initial packet and sufficient documentation have been submitted, the coordinator of accessibility services will provide a recommended accommodation plan. A copy of this plan will be submitted to both the student and his or her professors. Students are encouraged to meet early in the semester with each faculty member involved.
