Eligibility to Borrow
Students, Faculty, and Staff of UW-Fox Valley
Students, faculty, and staff of UW-Fox Valley are automatically registered as eligible borrowers. Your campus I.D. is your library card and is required to check out materials and to access electronic databases remotely.
Overdue materials or unpaid fines will result in loss of borrowing priviledges until the materials are returned and fines are paid.
All items are considered lost and billable after 30 days past due date (14 days for reserve items). There will be a $100 fee plus any fines for each lost item. After 30 days, the library will order a new copy and the borrower will be responsible for all costs for the item.
NEW ERA Borrowers:
- All citizens of Wisconsin, aged 18 years and over are eligible to become registered borrowers. Registrations are accepted at the circulation desk. Bring a valid photo i.d.
- Citizens under age 18 may use the collections on-site, but may not check out materials, unless they come to the library with a "courtesy card" issued by a regional school or public library. See your librarian for details.
- NEW ERA borrowers may check out print materials from our library. For materials held at other campuses, interlibrary loan is not offered and NEW ERA borrowers should contact their public library. Access to licensed databases and programs is limited to currently enrolled UW Colleges students and personnel.
