Fall enrollment                                  July 1

Spring enrollment                             November 1

All materials & fees must be in to UWP Admissions by those deadlines to guarantee enrollment in classes.

Requirements for UW-Platteville Transfer Admission:

Students who have earned a cumulative grade point average of 2.00 or higher in college transferable coursework AND are in good standing at the last university attended are eligible for admission. Departmental requirements must be met for admission to the mechanical or electrical engineering major.

The $44 application fee is waived for students transferring from a 2 year UW-System school. All other transfer students, including those from UW-System Universities and technical colleges will be required to pay the $44 application fee.

  • CHOOSE either Electrical Engineering-Fox Valley or Mechanical Engineering-Fox Valley as your major
  • REQUEST official transcripts from high school of graduation and from all colleges or universities previously attended to be sent to:
