The Weis is a great place for families who homeschool! 

Our tours for homeschool groups are similar to the "expeditions" offered to school groups, but we:

1. • provide special enrichment for the homeschool curriculum
   

2. • will accommodate different time schedules for homeschool families
   

3. • know how to work with a variety of learning styles
   

4. • can accommodate groups of varying ages/grade equivalents
   

One of our primary tour docents homeschooled her children throughout their school-age years.

We have a wide selection of science items in our gift shop, including real mineral and fossil specimens and science items, for further enrichment at home.
