UW-Fox Valley Foundation Seeks Nominations for 2009 ‘Outstanding Alumni Award’

The University of Wisconsin-Fox Valley Foundation is seeking nominations for its 2009 “Outstanding Alumni Award.”
“This award recognizes outstanding alumni who reflect the ideals of UWFox, and whose achievements and contributions within their field of work or in their community have made a significant difference,” according to Lisa Weiner, executive director of the Foundation.
The Foundation has put forth a series of qualifications for those who are interested in nominating a UWFox alum for this prestigious recognition.
Nominees must be an alumnus or alumna of UWFox and must have completed at least two semesters of work at the Menasha campus. Additionally, nominees must have completed work at UWFox at least 10 years ago. Nominees must have demonstrated outstanding achievement and/or leadership in his or her chosen profession. UWFox alums nominated for this award must also have contributed to the quality of life in their respective community and have provided inspiration to others.
Individuals nominated for the “Outstanding Alumni Award” cannot be serving on the UWFox Foundation Board of Directors at the time of his or her nomination.

All UWFox “Outstanding Alumni Award” nominations must be submitted to the Foundation by January 30, 2009.
