“Introduction to Yoga” offers participants the opportunity to harmoniously develop three aspects of their nature: physical, mental and spiritual. Registrants will learn 40 basic hatha yoga exercises and visualization and relaxation techniques. Classes are appropriate for all fitness levels and ages. They are offered seven at a time with consecutive class schedules. The first course runs Wednesdays from January 18-March 1 from 5:30-6:45 p.m. The second class is on Mondays from March 13 to April 24 from 5:15-6:30 p.m. The third class is held Wednesdays from May 10 – June 21 from 5:15-6:30 p.m. Fees are $69 per session until January 11 and $79 thereafter.
