3rd Thursdays Logo On Thursday, May 15, from 4:30 – 7 p.m., the University of Wisconsin – Fox Valley will host its 3rd Thursdays networking event to benefit TRiO Educational Talent Search (ETS), a pre-college program funded through the U.S. Department of Education. TRiO ETS encourages 6th-12th grade students in the Kaukauna and Menasha school districts to complete high school and to pursue a college education.

This free networking event takes place in the Community First Credit Union Terrace at UWFox. Live music will be performed by blues artist Michael “Big Dog” Murphy.

Event attendees can enjoy social and professional networking opportunities, light snacks and drinks from a cash bar. There will also be a silent auction with various items from local establishments, including a Green Bay Packers autographed football. Those who are unable to attend can tune in to the live stream at http://new.livestream.com/uwfox/events/2889404.

Each month a different local non-profit agency benefits from the 3rd Thursdays networking event. Non-profit organizations interested in becoming a 3rd Thursdays’ beneficiary should contact Megan Mudge, events coordinator at 920-832-2889 or megan.mudge@uwc.edu.
