UWFox Faculty, Staff Member to Appear on WPR’s ‘Kathleen Dunn Show’

Menasha, WI – Two professional members of the University of Wisconsin-Fox Valley campus community are scheduled to appear on the highly regarded and popular “Kathleen Dunn Show” on Thursday morning, July 23. George Waller, senior lecturer in Political Science, is slated to be a member of a discussion panel on politics between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Alan Peche, director of the Barlow Planetarium, is expected to be Dunn’s guest between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
Dunn’s show is normally heard on the Wisconsin Public Radio’s “Ideas Network” stations Monday through Thursday mornings from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., “leading balanced discussions about the issues of the day and the issues of our time.”
Waller has been a member of the UWFox faculty since 2002. He holds a B.A. from Marquette University and an M.A. from the University of North Dakota. He has also completed coursework toward his Ph.D. at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
Peche has been a member of the campus staff and director of the planetarium since 2008. He earned a B.S. from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
Dunn’s radio show, normally broadcast from Madison, will be broadcasting from the Outagamie County Museum, located at College Ave. and Drew Streets in Appleton.
